A Welcome Suprise

This came in yesterday from Rory-not-Chainsaw-Class-of-2000:
I’ve got yet another last minute submission for the 2008 Moustache Gallery. One of my roommates and I took part in this glorious celebration of the ’stache and wanted to share the cookie dusters that had been growing here in SoHo with the rest of the world. Of course, this became a little bit more complicated after Dr. Douchebag DDS came up with an unbelievably well done, though completely gay (who took those pictures anyway?), photo spread. No, after seeing these shots of Baker it became clear that we needed to put some more thought into the project. After much deliberation, American Amber Ale and Scotch Whisky the other morning we realized that it was already March 29th and we needed to act quickly lest the month slip away from us. So we set to work putting together our audio-visual tribute to the moustache. You will find the results attached…

That was not only a well done montage but also really accentuated a look that obviously faded way before its time. Kudos to you gentlemen. I cant imagine there was a cooler party going on in all of New York City than the bowler hats and moustaches whisky-fest that you two lads partook in.

Noah, thank you for your support. I knew that wishwewerentfriends.com was a place where we could find like-minded individuals who appreciate a good photo montage of two gentlemen paying tribute to a bygone era. Unlike some other people I’ve shown our footage to who immediately question the mental stability and sexual orientation of men who choose to spend a Saturday morning drinking and playing dress up together. Can’t wait to get involved again next year. My only question is, where the hell was everyone for Easter? Didn’t any of you heathens feel the need to come home and share in the celebration of Jesus’ resurrection with family and moustached friends at the bar? Disappointing.

Gabe threw up, Saul wore a tight black tee, and Mike is grinding his teeth after losing $100 on black at the Ornamental Roulette table.

Does anyone remember how much SK sucks? I think thats being overlooked here. We have a member of our group traveling the world and have not gotten one decent story from him yet. So far from what I can tell he got a girlfriend (a fantastic way to limit your fun and adventure) and is living in the only other english speaking country east of the UK. Why do you want our individual e-mails SK? So you can mass e-mail us your stupid thoughts instead of posting them? Finger you SK.

By the way, Mike and I had so much fun on the drive back complaining about how we didn’t stay in AC that we almost decided to continue on north to Montreal just to make the trip longer.

Noah there are actually many english speaking countries east of the UK. I heard through the grapevine that SK had a sex change. That is the real reason for this whole trip. The procedure is much cheaper in Laos. He’s just taking time to adjust to his new body.
